I’m pretty sure everyone was gauging each other, trying to find someone similar, friendly with someone with whom the next 2 years or the next two hours in the auditorium will be tolerable. So, we were all busy making each other’s first impressions. First Impression… These words always remind me of the classic film of the 80s – “The Breakfast Club.” It’s a story about a ragtag bunch of teenagers-a brains, a beauty, a jock, a rebel and a basket.
All are strangers, with nothing in common, meeting for the first time. Their lives change forever even before the day is over. I think every college has its own breakfast club-nothing seemingly in common, but which is still a group of people with each other’s life-changing. So, Let me give you a glimpse at the Breakfast Club at SIBM Pune! Brain: Meeting the brain of our batch,- Samrat Singh. A true blue finance expert- He 3X facts and figures at a speed of 108 meters and the question that amazes us asks, our senior citizens and our teachers alike. He can be found in the library from 7 a.m. to wait, 2 a.m., dressed innocently in formals and surrounded by fixed income securities and tomes on derivatives.
The surprising fact about them is that they taught children in an NGO before coming here. Also, his Punjabi guru can embarrass Randhawa. Beauty: Meet the beauty of our batch-Arshdeep Kaur or as she will correct your time and again until you get it right, Arshi. He may look snobbish at first, but that’s until you know him and know he’s the funniest, best and ditziest person you’ve ever met.

Basket Case: Meet our batch basket case: Sreejo Kanoria, when I say that it’s a basket case, I mean he’s excited about anything and everything.

He survives on the endless cup of coffee and when those cups become a single many, he comes with revolutionary ideas, which most people wander around breaking into the room to find out what their deep, dark secrets are. He zaniness who loves people and there is not a single person on the campus who does not know who is a legendary Sreejo.
